Do yourself a favor, and go roast yourself some almonds. It will only take you 10 MINUTES! Seriously, I couldn’t believe just how easy it was to make myself some roasted almonds. Then, season them however you like with no added junk or artificial stuff!
What to do:
-1 lb almonds
-Heat oven to 350F
-spread almonds in a baking pan (I used a glass 13×9)
-bake for 10 min
-drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil (or other oil, or skip this step entirely as the almonds release their own oils when roasted)
-season with spices of your choice!
I tried with this “smokey roast” https://www.plantoeat.com/recipes/1475162 seasoning-amazing on a good cut of beef, and also divine on almonds!! 😉
