Tomato & Pork Farfalle

I concocted a new recipe tonight with just a handful of ingredients (typical things for my kitchen, so this is a new favorite!)

1-2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon crushed garlic (to your taste)

1 pork loin (cut into bite-size pieces)

1 dash of Italian Seasoning

½ box farfalle pasta (cooked al dente)

1 can of S&W Stewed Italian Recipe Tomatoes (cut into small pieces)

½ cup whipping cream

2 dashes of crushed red pepper

  1. Heat oil in pan, add garlic and pork pieces. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning. Cook until meat is browned.
  2. Add tomatoes, whipping cream, and crushed red pepper to pan, mixing thoroughly. Simmer 3-5 minutes until sauce forms and thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix in pasta and enjoy!

I’m so proud of myself this time because I actually took a picture of the final product-here’s my dish!

okay, so I took a counts even if it was the leftovers at the bottom of the pan, right?
